From its origins in the 1950s–70s, New Zealand athlete Les Mills made his mark on the world stage with Olympic and Commonwealth Games success, including a gold medal in discus and a shotput record that stood for 44 years. In 1968, Les and his wife Colleen opened the very first Les Mills gym in Auckland, laying the foundation for a global fitness revolution.

Les Mills Experience
This is a brand-new program designed to give you a taste of multiple Les Mills workouts in one place. Over the first quarter, we’ll be trialing a selection of the Les Mills Innovation Collection, so each session offers something different. It’s perfect if you want to explore new training styles, challenge yourself, and see what works best for your body and fitness goals.

Les Mills Shapes
An invigorating blend of Pilates, Barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Each workout is packed with options so you can train at an intensity that works for you. Les Mills Pilates
It’s Pilates reimagined. Magical choreography, hypnotic music, and the latest exercise science. A 45-minute mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility, and happiness. Slow, simple movements tone your abs, glutes, back, and hips. Expert guidance builds technique and control. Modern breathwork creates renewal and bliss. Traditional Pilates meets the Les Mills experience, leaving you feeling strong, uplifted, and calm.

Les Mills Strength Development
New to lifting? We got you. Regular in the weights room? Prepare to take your training to a whole new level! LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ is a sequence of 12 x 45-minute progressive workouts to build muscle, improve technique, and grow your confidence so you can train more powerfully in the studio and on the gym floor. The program covers three strength training protocols: Pure Strength, Hypertrophy, and Power + Athleticism.
Each program runs for four weeks before rotating to the next, so every session stays fresh and challenging.

This is the workout that meets you wherever you are on your fitness journey. A 45-minute low-impact workout that helps you feel fit, strong and in control – whatever your fitness level. Moving at your own pace, you can improve lower body and core strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for a range of fitness levels, from those needing balance support to those who prefer bodyweight or are ready to add resistance. BYO yoga mat.
Les Mills Body Step
A 55-minute exhilarating, and fun full-body step workout that will leave you feeling strong, agile and inspired. Packed with simple choreography that’s easy to learn and a combination of functional and strength training that will challenge your muscles, develop coordination and improve your cardio fitness! You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Les Mills Body Balance
A new generation yoga inspired class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises. Available as a 45 or 55 minute workout. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. BYO Yoga mat.
Les Mills Body Combat
A 55-minute workout where you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness and strengthens. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You will be challenged to up your intensity to make the most of every round. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Les Mills Body Pump
A scientifically-backed barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to increase your strength and fitness. You will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more! BODYPUMP is available as either a 55- or 45-minute workout. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
