Our Kids Club is offered to assist in making your workout as productive and convenient as possible, for both you and your children. Our wonderful facility offers a varied and stimulated program for all children from 2 months, up to 12 years of age. Our professional staff members are more than happy to assist with any queries and suggestions you may have.

Super Sundays

Sunday 19th October – Sunday 20th November 2025

With a jam packed time table including Pilates, Hyrox in the Dungeon, Yoga, Spin, Aqua and Fitbox plus the cafe serving up your favourite healthy or treat day breakfast, and so many requests for the kids club, we’ve decided to trial 7 weeks of Super Sundays. 

Get behind it and if there is a class we aren’t offering that you love let us know! At the end of the 7 weeks if it is well supported they will be here to stay!

Session Times

  1. 6:45am – 9:00am (HYROX Challenge members only)

  2. 7:00am – 8:30am

  3. 8:00am – 9:30am

  4. 9:00am – 10:30am

Pricing

Members

  1. Each Sunday Kids Club session incurs a $5 surcharge per child.

  2. The surcharge is in addition to your current Kids Club access, whether through a weekly subscription or a single5 or 10 Pack Session Pass.

Non-Members

  1. $10 per child

  2. Book at reception by calling 07 3713 3999 or email yourclub@jf247.com.au

Booking Process

  1. Book your child’s session via the MyClub App.

  2. Pay the $5 surcharge at reception when you arrive.

  3. You’ll receive a Kids Club Pass to hand to staff when signing your child in.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  1. The same terms apply as all other Kids Club days.

  2. No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the session start time will incur a $10 fee.

Other Information

  1. Please ensure your child is booked in advance and signed in before your class begins.

  2. Sunday Kids Club follows all standard Kids Club safety, supervision, and attendance policies.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

There will be a $10.00 late cancellation fee which will apply only to those who do not remove their child/children for their Kids Club booking within the specified notice period, which is 1 hour prior to the commencement for any booked session.

If you have more than one child in a single session, then you will only be charged a single $10 fee and not a fee for each child in the same session.

If you cannot attend a session on short notice for a reason out of your control, for example, if you or your child has woken up feeling ill, we are able to use discretion and not impose a penalty in the case of genuine illness or an emergency.

Call on 07 3713 3999 within 12 hours of the missed session, so we are aware of the situation and can respond accordingly. Please don’t wait until the penalty has been charged.

FAQ’s

Why do you have a Cancellation / No Show Policy?

We would prefer not to apply penalties at all; however experience tells us that without this policy over 15% of booked sessions are unattended, leaving spots empty that would otherwise be available for other members. The policy is to ensure that more members can access more session, more often.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking via the MyClub Fitness App under “My Bookings”. If for some reason you cannot access the App, please contact the club via 07 3713 3999 during staffed hours and we can cancel it for you. We do not accept cancellations via email.

How am I moved from the waitlist to a spot in a class?

You will receive a push notification (please ensure you allow in your phone settings) from the MyClub Fitness App advising you that a spot has opened in the class you are waitlisted for. All waitlisted members will receive this notification and the first to accept the booking will secure the spot.

What happens if I cannot attend a session on short notice for a reason out of my control. For example, I have woken up feeling ill or my child is ill?

Please cancel your booking so that another member can have the booking. While this is technically a no show or late cancellation, we will of course use discretion. We would not impose a penalty in the case of genuine illness or an emergency. Call on 07 3713 3999 the club within 12 hours of the missed session to let us know so we are aware of the situation and can respond accordingly. Please do not wait until the penalty has been charged.

 

  • COST: Add Kids Club to your membership for an additional $12 per week. This one price covers all children. All other members will incur a fee of $8 per child per session.
  • AGES: Care is provided for all children aged between 2 months and 12 years.
  • ENROLMENT FORMS: You must provide a completed enrolment form prior to your first visit to Kids Club. These are available from Kids Club.
  • BOOKINGS: Bookings can only be made via our online booking system. Limit of one booking per day.
  • Limit of 4 active bookings (including wait-list) at any one time. Once a booking has been used or cancelled, then another booking can be immediately added. Can be made 1 week in advance.
  • Bookings ESSENTIAL – no booking – no use.
  • REMAINING ON PREMISES: Parents must remain on the premises and be contactable whilst their children are in Kids Club.
  • STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to your booked session commencing, via online booking system only. Parents who fail to cancel in accordance with this policy will be issued a notice via text message. After third infraction you will incur 1 week suspension from using Kids Club.
  • MANAGEMENT DISCRETION: Management reserves the right to alter bookings when required.
  • FOOD: Finger food is permissible at all sessions and must be in a container clearly marked with your child’s name on it. KIDS CLUB IS STRICTLY A NUT & EGG FREE ZONE.
  • DRINK BOTTLE: Please provide a water bottle clearly marked with your child’s name on it.
  • SIGNING IN AND OUT: You MUST sign your child in and out from every session.
  • SICKNESS: Children with any colds, rashes, viruses, fevers or head lice will not be accepted in the Kids Club under any circumstances. If your child is too sick for school they are too sick for Kids Club.
  • ALLERGIES: Please inform staff if your child has any allergies. KIDS CLUB IS STRICTLY A NUT & EGG FREE ZONE.
  • ACCIDENTS & ILLNESS: In the event of accident or illness suffered by any child the Kids Club Staff are authorised to obtain any medical assistance required.
  • EXCLUSIONS: Kids Club reserves the right to exclude children from the room for behaviour that is deemed inappropriate. In the event of expulsion or suspension, it is the parents’ responsibility to collect the child immediately.
  • MEDICATION: No medication will be administered in Kids Club. If a child requires medication for an ongoing condition such as asthma, allergies etc, this must be managed by the parent.
  • TIME LIMIT: Our session times must be strictly adhered to and there is no variation on this. The maximum time limit is 1.5 hours.
  • NAPPIES: Please ensure your child is in a fresh, clean nappy prior to you entering Kids Club. A nappy change must be provided in a clearly labelled bag in the lockers or baby room.
  • CHANGE OF CLOTHES: Please ensure a change of clothes.
