HYROX Is For All Members
All gym members (Lifestyle + Platinum) can access our dedicated Hyrox Training Zone on the gym floor with new self guided workouts shared daily on big screens in the Training Zone.
Hyrox trainer led classes are a new addition to the existing ‘The Dungeon’ functional team training zone and timetable. To participate in the challenge, you must be a Platinum member.
Hyrox masters (as in the wise in our world who love a challenge but aren’t 21 any more), we’d love to see you join the programme. Hyrox is for all ages – we even have dedicated prizes for our Masters.
2025 6 WEEK HYROX CHALLENGE RECAP
Our 6-week HYROX Challenge has wrapped up, and what an incredible journey it was! Over six weeks, our members pushed their strength, endurance, and confidence to new heights, all while having fun and supporting one another every step of the way.
Whether you were a HYROX newbie or a seasoned competitor, the challenge offered something for everyone. The core of the training is a twist on the Dungeon Functional training we all know and love, backed by world class training programmes delivered by our Hyrox Training Club certified trainers including structured workouts, technique sessions, and nutrition seminars.
The Challenge Journey
Week 1 – Kickoff & Taster Event
We started with our fun HYROX Taster Event on Sunday, 19th October, giving members a taste of what was to come. Participants got to experience mini-simulations, strength-focused sessions, and HIIT-style MetCons, all tailored for all fitness levels. The energy in the room set the tone for the weeks ahead!
Weeks 2–5 – Training & Growth
During the main challenge, participants embraced our Platinum Dungeon and HYROX programs. From strength sessions to endurance runs, every workout was an opportunity to improve. Members loved the daily self-guided workouts in the dedicated Hyrox Training Zone and the support of our motivating community.
Week 6 – Testing & Celebration
The final week was all about testing progress and celebrating achievements. Participants smashed personal bests, completed mini-simulations, and supported each other across all challenges. The energy was electric as we celebrated milestones, improvement, and commitment.
